Privacy Policy

Edge AI is a consulting practice of Edge Frontier Technologies LLC, based in Santa Monica, California. This policy covers our website at joinedgeai.com and EdgeOS, our internal workspace at os.joinedgeai.com. If you have a question about any of it, email alex@joinedgeai.com.

What we collect on the website

  • The contact form. If you fill it out, we get your name, your email, and what you tell us about your business. A service called Web3Forms delivers it to our inbox.
  • Booking a call. Our booking links go to Calendly. What you enter there is covered by Calendly's privacy policy, and we see the details of the meeting you book.
  • Page views. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't tell us who you are.

What we collect in EdgeOS

EdgeOS is only for people we've invited, like our partners and team. You can't sign up for it on your own.

  • Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them to check that you were invited, sign you in, and show your teammates who made each change. We never get your Google password, and we don't read your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or contacts.
  • Your work. The deals, notes, tasks, and other records you add are saved, along with a history of who changed what and when.
  • Staying signed in. Your browser keeps a sign-in token so you don't have to log in every time. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our team sometimes uses AI assistants, including Anthropic's Claude, to help read and update records in EdgeOS. Those tools only see what the person using them can already see.

Google user data

Edge AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google name, email, and picture to run EdgeOS for you. We never sell them, use them for ads, or use them to train AI models.

Who else handles your data

We don't sell your information to anyone. We share it only with the companies that run our systems for us:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Cloudflare hosts EdgeOS.
  • Supabase stores EdgeOS accounts and records.
  • Google handles sign-in, and our email runs on Google Workspace.
  • Web3Forms and Calendly, as described above.

We'd also share information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and EdgeOS records for as long as they're useful for our work together. When someone leaves the team, we remove their EdgeOS access.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email alex@joinedgeai.com and we'll take care of it. You can also disconnect EdgeOS from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Kids

Our website and EdgeOS aren't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
